What is Glow Up Works?

Glow Up Works is an AI-powered intelligence dashboard service. You fill out a questionnaire about your business, career, life situation, or health needs. Our automated pipeline researches your situation using AI, public data, and competitive analysis, then builds you a personalized dashboard with actionable recommendations, checklists, content calendars, and more. It is operated by StanHattie LLC in Des Moines, Iowa.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your situation. Many people get full dashboard access for free:

How do the dashboards work?

After you submit the questionnaire, our automated pipeline kicks in. AI researches your situation: your competitors, your online presence, your market, and your opportunities. It then generates a personalized dashboard with recommendations, checklists, content calendars, and resource links. The dashboard is deployed to a password-protected page at glowupworks.com/c/your-name and you receive an email with your access code. Typical turnaround is 1 to 2 hours.

Your dashboard also includes a live AI chat assistant that knows your situation and can answer follow-up questions.

What happens to my data?

Privacy is built into the system, not bolted on. Your questionnaire answers are encrypted in your browser before they leave your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. They are decrypted only on our secure server for AI processing, then re-encrypted before storage. No human ever reads your individual answers. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time.

How does the AI work?

Glow Up Works uses Anthropic's Claude AI to research your situation and generate dashboard content. AI powers the research engine, dashboard recommendations, chat assistant, and automated emails. Per Anthropic's API policy, your data is not used to train their models. AI does not make decisions about pricing, eligibility, or account access.

We are transparent about AI usage because we believe you should know exactly how your data is processed. See Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for the full AI disclosure.

How often is my dashboard updated?

It depends on your plan. The one-time Glow-Up dashboard is a point-in-time snapshot with evergreen recommendations. Growth Partner subscribers ($97/month) get monthly dashboard refreshes with new data, updated competitor analysis, fresh content calendars, and trend alerts. You can also request a manual refresh by emailing us.

Why are civic servants free?

Teachers, nurses, caregivers, retirees, students, veterans, and kids building their first business deserve help without a paywall. Our free tiers are not a trial and not a teaser. Full dashboard access, forever, no credit card, no catch. Free users often become our best referral sources, which is how the model sustains itself.

Can I customize my dashboard?

Yes. Your dashboard includes theme customization options and your accent color is personalized to your brand. Growth Partner subscribers can request specific sections, additional research, or custom content through the AI chat or by emailing us. Dashboard content is tailored to your specific situation, not a generic template.

What integrations are available?

Business dashboards can optionally connect to Xero for accounting data (P&L, invoices, cash flow) and Square for POS and sales data. These are read-only connections that you authorize and can disconnect at any time. We also run Google PageSpeed audits, DNS/SSL checks, and pull trends from Google Trends, Reddit, and Google News to enrich your dashboard.

How do I get a refund?

The Glow-Up ($297) and Scale-Up Add-On ($297) are fully refundable within 14 days if the dashboard has not been accessed. Growth Partner ($97/month) can be cancelled anytime with no refund for partial months. To request a refund, email support@glowupworks.com with your name and the email used at purchase.
