Last updated: April 2, 2026. We want Glow Up Works to be genuinely useful to you. If it isn't, we make it right. Here is exactly how our refund policy works for every product and plan.
If you qualify for a free dashboard, as a teacher, student, retiree, veteran, nonprofit, caregiver, or other eligible group, there is no payment involved, so there is nothing to refund. Your dashboard access remains yours at no cost.

We stand behind our work with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the date your dashboard is delivered.
If you receive your dashboard and feel it did not meet the standard we described, not useful, significantly off-base, or missing critical elements, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. No hoops to jump through.
A few things worth knowing:
The Growth Partner subscription gives you ongoing monthly dashboard refreshes, priority research updates, and continuous AI monitoring of your business situation.
You can cancel anytime. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no questions asked. To cancel, email hello@glowupworks.com and we will stop your billing at the end of the current billing period.
Partial month refunds are not available. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period. We do not prorate unused days or issue credits for time remaining in a billing cycle.
If you believe you were charged in error, for example, after a cancellation request went unacknowledged, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
The Scale-Up add-on provides deeper research layers, additional competitor analysis, and expanded recommendations. It follows the same policy as the Glow-Up dashboard:
14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date the Scale-Up research is delivered. If it does not meet the mark, email us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, the purchase is final.
School-wide and district-wide licenses are structured engagements with custom pricing based on seat count and term length. Refund terms for these agreements vary by contract.

Refund requests are handled by email. Here is what to do:
We process refunds manually to make sure each one is handled correctly. If you haven't heard back within two business days of submitting a request, send a follow-up, things occasionally slip through.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks are designed for fraud, situations where a card is used without the cardholder's knowledge. If you have a genuine concern about a charge from Glow Up Works, we want to resolve it directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us creates delays for everyone and may affect your ability to use the service in the future.
If you contact us and we are unable to resolve your concern within a reasonable timeframe, you retain every right to pursue a dispute through your card issuer. We just ask for the chance to make it right first.
