Every Glow Up Works dashboard is generated by artificial intelligence. When you submit an intake form, an automated research pipeline powered by Claude, developed by Anthropic, reads your answers, researches your business or life situation using publicly available data, and produces a personalized dashboard with insights, recommendations, and analysis.
No human at Glow Up Works writes, edits, or reviews your dashboard content before it is delivered to you. The research, synthesis, and writing are entirely AI-generated.
We use this approach because it allows us to deliver thorough, personalized intelligence at a price point that would be impossible with human analysts, and it lets us offer the service free to teachers, veterans, retirees, nonprofits, and others who need it most.
Artificial intelligence is powerful, but it is not infallible. You should understand these limitations before acting on anything in your dashboard:

Your Glow Up Works dashboard is designed to accelerate your research and sharpen your thinking, not to replace it. Think of it as an intelligent briefing prepared by a well-read AI research assistant, not a definitive strategic plan.

The owner of Glow Up Works never sees your raw intake answers. The system is fully automated. Admin tools show submission metadata and generated summaries only, never the original text of your responses.
The research pipeline draws on publicly available information to build context for your dashboard. Sources include:
We do not access any private or gated data sources. We do not log into your accounts on your behalf unless you have explicitly connected an integration (such as Square or Xero) through our OAuth flow.
You own the content of your dashboard. Glow Up Works grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, copy, and adapt the insights, recommendations, and analysis in your dashboard for your personal or business purposes.
We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable patterns from dashboard research to improve our AI prompts, pipeline quality, and service. We will never publish, sell, or share identifiable content from your dashboard.
To make Glow Up Works better over time, we analyze aggregated and anonymized patterns across the dashboards we generate. This may include things like which types of recommendations are most acted upon, which checklist items are most commonly completed, and which research patterns produce the most useful outputs.
This analysis is done at the aggregate level. It does not involve reading your individual responses or identifying you personally. It is used solely to improve the quality of research and recommendations for all users.
Your dashboard includes a chat assistant powered by Claude. This allows you to ask follow-up questions about your research, dig deeper into recommendations, or explore related topics.

After your dashboard is delivered, you will receive a series of automated emails. These are triggered by time and by activity signals (such as checklist completion percentage), not by a human reading your dashboard or monitoring your behavior.
The content of these check-in emails is generated or informed by your original AI research, they are designed to keep you moving and surface relevant next steps. They are not sent by a human and do not reflect human review of your situation.
You can unsubscribe from lifecycle emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting hello@glowupworks.com. Unsubscribing from lifecycle emails does not affect your access to your dashboard.
Glow Up Works uses Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic, PBC. By using Glow Up Works, you acknowledge that your intake information will be processed by Anthropic's Claude models as part of generating your dashboard.
